1. Data Collection Notice (No Data Collection)
1.1 No Personal Information Collection
Because this app does not require registration or login, we do not collect any personal information, including but not limited to your name, mobile phone number, email address, ID number, passport number, address, contacts, or location information. We also do not request sensitive permissions such as contacts, photo album, location, or microphone permissions. Only when you choose “Scan to Add Device” will temporary camera permission be required, and that permission is used only for local QR code recognition. No images or scan records are stored.
1.2 Device-Related Data Is Stored Locally Only
- Device identification data: When you add a device through Bluetooth or scanning, the app temporarily obtains the device Bluetooth MAC address, device number, and model locally on your mobile device. This is used only to establish the local binding relationship between the app and the device and to ensure normal switch control and data transmission. This data is stored only on your device, and we cannot obtain or access it.
- Device operating data: Data transmitted by the device to the app through Bluetooth, such as voltage, current, electricity usage, alarm records, and delay parameters set by you, is stored directly on your mobile device and is used only for your viewing and management. We do not collect or back up this data in any form.
1.3 No Operation Log Collection
The app does not collect or store any usage logs, such as device adding time, switch operation records, or language switching settings. All operation records are generated temporarily on your device only to help you trace operation history. Temporary records may be deleted by closing the app or clearing the device cache.

因本 APP 无需注册登录，我们不收集任何个人信息，包括但不限于您的姓名、手机号、邮箱、身份证号、护照号、地址、通讯录、位置信息等，也不会请求获取移动设备的通讯录、相册、定位、麦克风等敏感权限（仅在您选择“扫码添加设备”时，需临时授权相机权限，该权限仅用于本地扫码识别，不存储任何图片或扫码记录）。
1.2 设备相关数据仅本地留存
- 设备识别数据：您通过蓝牙或扫码添加设备时，APP 会在您的移动设备本地临时获取设备的蓝牙 MAC 地址、设备编号、型号，仅用于在本地建立 APP 与设备的绑定关系，确保开关控制、数据传输功能正常，该数据仅存储于您的设备本地，我们无法获取或访问。
- 设备运行数据：设备通过蓝牙传输至 APP 的电压、电流、电量、告警记录等数据，以及您设置的延时参数，均直接存储于您的移动设备本地，仅供您查看与管理，我们不会以任何形式收集或备份该类数据。
1.3 无操作日志收集
APP 不会收集或存储您的任何使用日志（如设备添加时间、开关操作记录、语言切换设置），所有操作记录仅在您的设备本地临时生成，用于协助您追溯操作历史，关闭 APP 或清理设备缓存后，临时记录可自主删除。
2. Data Security and Control (Fully Controlled by You)
2.1 Local Data Security
All data is stored only on your mobile device. Data security depends entirely on your device security settings, such as screen lock password, app encryption, or device encryption. We recommend that you enable device security protection features to prevent local data leakage caused by device loss or use by others. We are not responsible for losses arising from such circumstances.
2.2 Data Management Rights
- View and export: You may view all locally stored data in the app at any time and may export it to a local folder on your device, such as phone storage or an SD card. The export process does not require a network connection and does not involve any data upload.
- Delete and clear: When the app is uninstalled, all data stored in the app directory will be deleted together with the app, subject to your device system settings. We do not retain any residual data.

所有数据仅存储于您的移动设备本地，数据安全完全依赖于您的设备安全设置（如锁屏密码、应用加密、设备加密），我们建议您开启设备安全保护功能，防止设备丢失或被他人使用导致的本地数据泄露。由此造成的损失，我们不承担责任。

- 查看与导出：您可随时在 APP 内查看本地存储的所有数据，也可自主导出至您的设备本地文件夹（如手机内存、SD 卡），导出过程无需网络，且无任何数据上传。
- 删除与清理：卸载 APP 时，存储于 APP 目录下的所有数据将随 APP 卸载而删除（具体以您的设备系统设置为准），我们不会保留任何残留数据。
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure (No Sharing)
Because we do not collect any data, we will not share, sell, or rent any of your local data to third parties, nor will we disclose any data due to legal or regulatory requirements or third-party requests, as we have no data to disclose. Whether your local data is shared with others is entirely your own decision, such as when you lend your mobile device to another person.

4. Your Privacy Rights
- Full control: You have full management rights over all locally stored data, including viewing, taking screenshots, deleting, and clearing it, without our authorization or review.
- Privacy consultation: If you have questions about local data security, you may contact us by email. We will provide technical guidance on local data management, but we will not request remote access to your device or data.

5. Permission Management by You
- Bluetooth: After enabling Bluetooth permission, you may use Bluetooth functions, including device control, device status retrieval, device discovery, and device connection. During these functions, we communicate with terminal devices through Bluetooth. Even if you have agreed to enable Bluetooth permission, we use Bluetooth communication only in the following scenarios: displaying device status on the home page; controlling devices on the home page device panel; discovering devices on the home page and Bluetooth device adding page. You may manage this permission through: Me > Settings > Privacy Settings > Enable/Disable Bluetooth Access Permission (iOS) / Nearby Device Access Permission (Android).
- Camera: After enabling camera permission, you may scan codes to add devices you purchased. Even if you have agreed to enable camera permission, we obtain information only when you actively scan or use the camera. You may manage this permission through: Me > Settings > Privacy Settings > Enable/Disable Camera Access Permission.
- Location information (included for some devices): When you authorize location access through the system and use location-based services, we use your location information, including approximate location and latitude/longitude, to support device connection, device control, device status retrieval, and device discovery in the Xiao Jiaoya application. Even if you have agreed to enable location permission, we use location only in several scenarios consistent with Bluetooth usage scenarios. You may manage this permission through: Me > Settings > Privacy Settings > Enable/Disable Location Access.
You understand and agree that the above permissions require you to enable access to location, camera, and Bluetooth on your device in order to use the related functions. You may view the status of these permissions in your device settings and decide whether to enable or disable them. Disabling a permission only affects the corresponding function and does not affect viewing already stored data.

- 蓝牙：您可在开启蓝牙权限后使用蓝牙功能，包括设备控制、设备状态获取、设备发现、设备连接，在这些功能中我们会通过蓝牙与终端设备进行通信。请您知晓，即使您已同意开启蓝牙权限，我们仅会在这几个场景使用蓝牙进行通信：在首页展示设备状态；在首页-设备面板进行设备控制；在首页、蓝牙添加设备页用于发现设备。通过【我的】>【设置】>【隐私设置】> 关闭/开启【访问蓝牙权限（iOS）/访问附近设备权限（安卓）】权限。
- 相机/摄像头：您可在开启相机/摄像头权限后使用该功能进行扫码用于添加您购买的设备。请您知晓，即使您已同意开启相机/摄像头权限，我们也仅会在您主动扫码、利用相机/摄像头拍摄时获取信息。通过【我的】>【设置】>【隐私设置】> 关闭/开启【访问相机权限】。
- 位置信息（部分设备包含）：当您通过系统授权开启移动设备的定位功能并使用基于位置提供的服务时，我们会使用您的位置信息（粗略位置信息，经纬度）以便您使用小脚丫应用程序与智能设备进行设备连接、设备控制、设备状态获取、设备发现。请您知晓，即使您已同意开启位置权限，我们仅会在几个场景（与蓝牙使用场景一致）使用位置。通过【我的】>【设置】>【隐私设置】> 关闭/开启【访问地理位置】。
您理解并同意，上述权限需要您在您的设备中开启您的位置信息（地理位置）、摄像头（相机）、蓝牙的访问权限，以实现这些权限所涉及信息的使用。您可在您的设备设置中逐项查看上述权限的状态，并可自行决定这些权限的开启或关闭，关闭权限后仅影响对应功能的使用，不影响已存储数据的查看。

If this Policy needs to be modified due to updates to applicable regional data regulations or new local data security features in the app, such as local data encryption, we will publish the updates through a local pop-up notice in the app. Your continued use of the app will be deemed acceptance of the updated Policy. Updates will not expand the scope of data collection and will only optimize the description of local privacy protection.
